About this project
A two-storey home organised around a courtyard and pool, with living spaces opening directly onto the garden. Deep overhangs shade the western elevation, and cross-ventilation runs through the ground floor from the courtyard to the rear boundary.

A successful house is more than its exterior image. The plan must respond to the land, daily routines, privacy, tropical sun, prevailing breeze and heavy rain while leaving a clear route for structure and building services.
