About this project
Two street frontages meant privacy had to be designed in from the layout stage. Living spaces face inward and upward, with a roof terrace recovering the outdoor space the tight boundaries would otherwise have cost.

A successful house is more than its exterior image. The plan must respond to the land, daily routines, privacy, tropical sun, prevailing breeze and heavy rain while leaving a clear route for structure and building services.
